Interaction design is not only media (or interface/information/UX) design

When this word "interaction" design might be misunderstanding from its semantic representation, "novel design" might be the proper statement. "Interaction" is a scene of happening event of daily life, we (human beings) are acting with object, space, device and any worth-to-interact beings in this stage. However, we just choose a nearing words to describe the phenomena, in a simple words, and forwards to be a kind of "easy-to-understand" approach.

Hence, the "interaction" design is not easy to understand, transfer and transmit by limited knowledge. it needs trans-disciplinary team in "playing" a proper position in delivering and receiving the "interpreting" context in concurrent situation. That's to say, we might change the way of thinking, practicing and detailing in designing interaction, from individual to multiple, as "novel" design approach.

Also, in state of industrial design, the novel design is supposed to a term in "concept design" in using imagination from designing and sketching on paper. Instead, "interaction design" might be the sketching in digital element for expressing the object in "near-future". Therefore, several themes of "dynamic forms", "property in usage", and "familiarity in interface" are encouraged industrial designers, in a way of learning-by-thinking-and-doing.

Actually, i'd think of "novelty" in interaction design is a critical issue for each designers and participants. In more active (re-active), involving and dynamic future, the interaction (novel) design needs more energy in contribution with original ideas. And that's why we have to explain the word of "interaction" in each one's views, for expressing our fundamental belief.
